Veterans/Military
- Guarantee benefits and respect
- No draft unless absolutely necessary - if a military draft becomes necessary, then there would also be public service "draft" for non-military service
- Develop a stronger and more attractive non-military volunteer corps for our young people.
- Emphasize and encourage technology advancements for security
- CIA, law enforcement (including FBI) and military must work in more coordinated fashion; Broaden scope of Bureau of Tobacco and Firearms to include institutional security (i.e., schools, hospitals, utilities)
- Any colleges or universities (and their students) or communities that do not allow/encourage/welcome recruitment by the U.S. military, CIA, FBI and other government agencies are ineligible for any federal government funds, programs, aid, etc. (including tax credits); other organizations that interfere are not eligible for tax exemption or government grants.
- Government agencies and charitable agencies which receive government funds or tax benefits cannot be permitted to work against our government's foreign policies.
- Members of the National Guard and reserve who are actively deployed and incur financial hardship (i.e., reduction in earned income of more than 20%) as a result of such deployment are entitled to special bankruptcy court proceeding and until such proceeding is complete all enforcement efforts (including penalties for child support, alimony etc) are stayed. Such bankruptcy proceeding and credit issues may, in certain cases, be removed from credit reports.
