Reduce STDs and teen pregnancy

Reasons: Both STDs and teen pregnancy have negative societal impact. To date, we have people arguing for abstinence education as opposed to prevention and others arguing prevention education as opposed to abstinence. Why are these sides working against one another? We should be providing education on both abstinence and prevention as well as consequences, responsibility and respect. For these two sides to feel threatened and refuse to work together is irresponsible.
